Quote from Aidan's first mentor in South Africa

Aidan graduated as a Veterinary Surgeon in South Africa in June 2000. He worked under his mentor in South Africa for three years in all aspects of equine work before venturing abroad. He practised in the UK for four years, closely involved in the show-jumping, dressage, polo and racing world. 

In 2008, he moved to Australia and practised in the Gold Coast and Melbourne. Here, Aidan enjoyed working with some of Australia’s leading Thoroughbred  trainers, gaining superb experience and knowledge.  

In 2012, Aidan decided to return to his homeland South Africa and joined his old practice as a Partner. Aidan was the vet to some of  South Africa’s leading thoroughbred trainers including Mike De Kock. He played an integral part of the De Kock racing team contributing in multiple racing victories over the years.  

Aidan then left South Africa with his family and spent a further two years in Devon England, where he gained knowledge and valuable experience in all aspects of stud work as well as further experience in sports horses.

 With over 20 years veterinary experience under his belt Aidan and his family took their final move back to the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia.

Aidan enjoys a competitive game of golf, soccer and running in his time off. He is also a devoted father to five wonderful girls.
